About Me...
Hello. My name is Tania Amaral and my journey as a Conflict Resolution Specialist started back in 2006. What started as a 5 day intense training course on Conflict Resolution has grown into a dedication to help people help themselves. I have worked with a diverse array of clients, most notably the City of Mississauga By-Law Enforcement Division and the Peel-Halton Cooperative Housing Federation.
I have fine-tuned my skills and adapted my technique to suit a wide range of clients and audiences.
